Italy meets Switzerland @CDLab: dynamical systems, stochastic differential equations and applications
CDLab hosts a first meeting between three academic actors and F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG to reciprocally illustrate the relevant competences in view of investigating possible cross-interactions towards future applications and project developments.
In the first talk Dimitri Breda from the University of Udine will present the activities of the CDLab, focused on numerical methods for dynamical systems with applications in biomathematics. In the second talk Raffaele D’Ambrosio from the University of L’Aquila will share his expertise on numerical geometric integration and stochastic differential equations, with applications in physics. In the third talk Jung Kyu Canci from Lucerne University for Applied Science and Arts will discuss recent projects developed with F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in the area of numerical methods for stochastic differential equations. In the fourth talk Philipp Mekler from F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG will present some recent results obtained by using machine learning and probabilistic graphical models.
All the interested students and colleagues are cordially invited to attend. To receive the Microsoft Teams link, please write to .
